    Please tell me how could i make them to 256 x 256
    Which program can i use ?

    Stereo,

    If you have the PNG files for these icons, then I'll be happy to convert them into 256x256 .ico files for you.

    Axialis Software is to complicated for me
    I better search for icons 256 x 256, with Google
    But there is a lot of 128 x 128 / 512 x 512 , what i need ( 256 x 256 ) it's hard to find.
