quick lauch type toolbar for All programs

I saw this once before on a site and I had my previous installation of win seven to have a toolbar for all programs? For the life of me I cannot find the site. It combined the appdata and program data start menus as in the start menu but as a toolbar like quick launch. Does anyone how to set this up? Thanks in advance.

Have to just guess at what you are looking for; something like this?

Thanks for your replies. No, I'm not looking for a dock. If you right click the taskbar in the context menu that pops up you will see toolbar. In windows 7 quick launch was removed and the way to get it back was to create a new toolbar leading to here: "%appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch". I'm looking for all programs equivalent and not have two for the search menus in program data and aappdata. Moving the appdata start menu to program data isn't a solution either. What you wind up having with this shortcut (if I can ever find it again) is a menu similar to the programs menu in XP. it is just easier to find programs. It doesn't sort menus automatically.

Thanks, I don't want it for quick launch. Quick launch is not the problem. I would like to have a quick launch equivalent for "all programs" in the start menu. It behaves more like XP as a toobar in Win7. I just don't know what to search for. I stumbled on it once before but I can't seem to find how to do this. Any search I do for "all programs" toolbar always leads to quick launch. I'm looking for the place where the all users and users programs meet and trying to link to that.

Well, I can't tell you the Windows 7 equivalent, but the XP version would be

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
Just put that in for a toolbar. The only problem is, it'll show the program's folder, not its icons. You could, however, make a folder with shortcuts to all of your programs and use that in a toolbar.

Not sure if your still looking for an answer, but the way to set up your all programs as a tool bar is to follow this path. Computer- Local Disk- ProgramData- Microsoft- Windows- Start Menu- Programs. This will create a quick way to access your programs from the taskbar.
