    Anyone know the location of this default Windows 7 icon?


    It's the default Libraries icon. I've already looked in SHELL32.DLL and IMAGERES.DLL and it's not there. Thanks.

    its explorer.exe type it in start search then right click and open location

    Thanks for the quick reply, man!

    Wow, I didn't know that was the icon for explorer.exe. I feel like I should've known that! LOL! Is there anyway to separate the icon from explorer.exe?

    I tried to change the stack's icon to explorer.exe and Rocketdock crashed hard. I'd really like for Libraries to be a stack instead of a link as it is now.

    Mark, Mr Grim, Has made custom icons and has made a dark explorer .exe here it is
    im not sure about stack as i use objectdok free so no stacks , this ought to do it though.

    In the attached Zip there is all the icons extracted from explorer.exe.... including this one , in .ico format .

OK, I've googled and searched for this as much as I can. I'm a new Windows 7 user. I have a library (Documents) with three folders included. Call them folders A, B, and C. I understand how to set the default save location. Let's say I've set it to Folder A. Now, I want to save a file in *Folder B*...
In Windows 7, all the good icons are in %SystemRoot%\system32\imageres.dll, but we're still taken to the old SHELL32.dll when it comes time to change an icon. Is there a registry key or something that we can change to remedy this?
