Get Rid Of Searches Folder On Desktop

Hey Guys!
I have an annoying pet peeve;
A Folder Called Searches appeared on my desktop, and whenever I delete it, it comes back a minute later or so.

Looks Like This (Searches folder highlighted)

(Please tell me if this is wrong forum, there doesn't seem to be a forum for Stupid Pet Peeves )

Please help, thanks! :)
