Windows 8: Better interface colors customization?

For Windows 8, may I suggest creating a better interface with colors customization? Such as like Synthetica visual styles skins for Java applications...

Synthetica - Java Look And Feel

For example, the Synthetica BlackEye visual style skin is a very nice dark interface that Windows 7 currently cannot do. I know there are non official Windows 7 skins at deviantART, etc but most of those aren't very high quality and aren't professional looking.

Any chance of improving the interface with better colors customization in Windows 8?

Those skins look nice, but I sure as hell hope Win8 won't do it using Java... ugh.

I'm pretty much satisfied with this:

And yes, you can't do that within win 7, but out there exists pretty much awesome themes. Example/s:
Annihilator By Mr GRiM by *MrGRiM01 on deviantART

Concept Design by =MrGRiM01 on deviantART

    MrGRiM01's Gallery

    DjabyTown on deviantART

    DjabyTown's Gallery

And they look pretty much professional to me
    cheers
P.S About Win 8, yes, it would be great if one can just choose theme as those above. As we don't know nothing about it, we can just guess and hope. But I don't think it will happen.

thanks for the suggestions but those aren't really good enough for my tastes. the only person that ive seen come out with consistently high quality windows dark skins in this person who did a lot of xp skins...

    lassekongo83's Gallery

...but he doesn't do windows 7/vista skins because he thinks they're too complicated at the moment.
