    I was honestly not expecting so many replies to this. Thanks to everyone for their help, though. I'm downloading rainmeter right now to mess around with it.

    Ok gotch captain I will be istalling it briefly. Before I install it though is there supposed to be anything on or it doesn't matter?

    do you mean while you download? doesn't really matter.

    of course you need the rainmeter program running to see the skin.
