I've seen some really awesome sigs here lately... Nice work all round!

I must admit, I still like having a 'different' sig pic though.. Lol. Probably won't change it any time too soon...

Is it just me, or have there not been too many people coming to request new sigs lately? It seems these days you GFX people make more sigs for each other than anything else..

When I was part of the 'request a sig' thread over at the Mxit forums ages back, we'd have a list in the first post of close to 20 names for sig requests, and by the time we got through those, there were another 15 added to the list..

What is nice about this thread is that the GFX team also encourages the membership to make their own Sigs by sharing their patterns, borders, custom made badges - etc and also links to tutorials.

The free software thread also helps as there are at least 3 free graphics creation software programs available for beginners.

Edit: Also I should honorably mention PooMan UK who created my first Sig without even a request, At the time I had created and posted a very crude Sig and PooMan UK graciously created a masterpiece which incorporates the coin in my Avatar and current Sig (Can flag coin, TM - PooMan UK) which in turn was animated by another member LiquidSnack - currently AWOL

Sorry, I hope my message didn't come across as negative, it was just a simple observation really... :) Can't find my first post now, but I've been following (and contributing to) this thread since it's second or third incarnation, and I've seen some really amazing work throughout that period..

I just sort of miss having new users coming around and request a sig, then before you know it they have 10 different options to choose from because everybody jumps at the opportunity to sit and play in PhotoShop for an hour or two..
