    Strange Gadgets Error

My gadgets worked fine on my desktop for a year now but i got a virus on my pc and got rid of it using the anti virus software.

I rebooted my pc and my gadgets have gone weird. I normally have the clock, radio and weather showing but as you can see from the attached image they have went bizaar.
There is no error messages, just gone blank!!

I have rebooted again and pressed F5 and also reinstalled the gadgets onto the desktop but still the same...

any idea what went wrong or how to get them working again?

First off, Welcome to Seven Forums a01020304!

Are you sure all of the virus/malware is gone?

Many virii infect/corrupt many files and many antivirus products will delete those infected files if they cannot clean them. Most likely an uninstall and reinstall of these gadgets will fix them.

I always DL my gadgets into a subfolder of my Downloads folder called Gadgets... that way I can reinstall any quickly!
