"Bubbles" Screensaver with other background possible?

Hi guys, I need to reenable the "Bubbles" screensaver. I have the ability to select a screensaver (the list isn't grayed out) but I think the service is disabled and I don't know how to find it to reenable it. Can someone please help me out? Thanks klear6
