Hi chrisna, I don't remember that location, but here is a tip to make it easier to find thing in VSB!!
Use the search at the top of VSB, in this case try typing 'control panel' into the search box!! this will give you only items related to the control panel.
This is what I used to do when I was learning VSB. Hope this helps....

Sorry I assumed you were using visual style builder for creating themes.
What are you using to create your themes?
You will not find that in VSB OR WSB it's in a system file I do not know which one someone will know & chime in

I have not use that. I did find out where the images are I have not change images in shell32 ether but you use restorator Restorator - Bome Software - Restorator - the resource editor for customization, localization, and translation. or something like it & the images need to be in bitmap format. You will need to take ownership of the file to change it. But BACKUP you PC first & ask other for more details.
Images at
C:\windows\System32\shell32.dll bitmaps 632 & 633
How to take ownership (got off the web & I have use it)
Right click on the file and go to 'properties'.
Click on the 'security' tab.
Click 'Advanced'.
Click on the 'Owner' tab.
Click 'Edit'.
Select your user and click OK.
Click OK on the next box.
Then OK on the final box.
Now right click on the file again and go to 'Properties'
Click on the 'security' tab.
Click 'Edit'.
Select 'Users'.
In the bottom part of the box, tick the box to allow 'Full Control'
Click OK then OK again on the last box.
You now own that file and have full permissions over it.
Now simply right click and 'rename' the extension of the file to .BAK
Then paste in your replacement file.
