Normally those "specials" are set in an extension to the keyboard manager.(which also means you'd have to use the disk that came with the keyboard and install those drivers. If all you have is the Windows default keyboard driver it probably won't work)
Your best bet would be either to right click the icon in the icon tray (if there is one for your keyboard)
or check the Control Panel if there has been a program installed to accomplish what you seek. (That could as well be an additional tab under Keyboard properties)
-DG
i checked these places but cant find an option for it anywhere
Go to control panel and click on keyboard....

Go to HP and put in your model number, there will be a keyboard driver you can select to download and run....
in control panel i only have "speed" and "hardware" tabs
and on hp website they dont have keyboard driver for my model, only a mouse driver
Go to the manufactures site of your keyboard and download the driver for it.
Did your keyboard come with any software?
Something is wrong with your control panel as there should be all kinds of options to select from!
In control panel...Upper right corner, click 'view by' and set it how you want. I have ticked 'small icons'
