I am going to -attempt- to make a program that will remove the start button and then create a GUI using the same image as the start button. Will be draggable.

But knowing me, I'll fail. xD


EDIT: Would someone be kind enough to give me a copy of their shell32.dll file?

That's exactly why it is done that way.
yes i know hebrew is read from right to left, but if the GUI can be moved there for whatever language.. it can be done for english or whatever language.. the code has to exist to move the gui to the interface to the right
