Move Users Folders XML sysprep FAILS HELP!

I am trying to use Kari's xml script For sysprep to move users folders during installation - something is going wrong.
I'm using a Windows 7 Enterprise iso burned from MS Volume Licensing download which already has SP1 integrated. Windows 7 installs fine, and I can get into audit mode.
When I run the script, PerfLogs, Program Files, Program Files (x86),Users, and Windows directories are created on my E drive.
All these files still exist on the C drive. I'm thinking that maybe file locations/ names on the iso are different than a retail disk, but I don't know enough about sysprep to understand what is going wrong. Any thoughts?? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Problem solved. I did a clean install of Win7, ran the xml file again, and it worked fine.
