Here you go put the 2 file & folder (screenshot) in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes It will then be in Personalization

Hi Bongo, love the dark color and simplicity of "AeroBlackStartMenu" theme. I installed it but only the start & all programs menu are still black. File Explorer & Control Panel are no longer black Can you fix this? Also, when I click into any folder under start>all programs, the text font changes, if you can please fix this issue. THANKS!!
