Golden is right is hard coded somewhere the only thing that can be done is change the color of the text in the Aero.msstyle file with WSB
Are you using a custom theme? Like these https://www.sevenforums.com/themes-st...ndows-7-a.html or on deviantART: where ART meets application! if so you will need to ask the theme maker. If you are using the Aero theme that came with windows 7 I have WSB Ave's Windows7 Style Builder
& will change it for you. You will need to do 1 of these 2 guides for it to work.

Not using any custom themes - using Classic. I am faily sure this is hard coded and cannot be changed, but I was just checking.
