Circledock doesn't come with Windows 7, but you can download it free from here,

Download Circle Dock 0.9.2 Alpha Preview 8.2 - Launch your programs from a circular dock. - Softpedia

O, and why don't you get the latest release of Windows 7? Deffinately a great improvement on 7000! (You can download the official Release Candidate, version 7100, from Microsoft for free!) Or download one of the later releases from a torrentsite.

Development has stopped (with no explanation) but it's pretty good in it's current state.

Personally I don't know why anyone would want something so ugly and useless stuck in the middle of the screen, what does it do that the default taskbar can't do better or even Rocket Dock or Stardock, I think the guy who conceived this idea probably came to the same conclusion hence the cease in development.

Stupidest placement for a dock ever, underneath whatever program you're using.

    Brilliant!

Even i thought that windows 7 will have circular dock by searching for win7 images in Google. the default taskbar is way better... even better than Mac os X dock.
