(Another) Windows 7 RocketDock skin

Hybrid's RocketDock skin here in the forums inspired me to make my own.

His is more versitile than mine because it works on the top of the screen and along the sides. Mine 'works' in other positions, but because RocketDock spins the background around, it looks a bit funny. It's really best on the bottom of your screen.

So you have two options. Hybrid's is more flexible, and mine graphically more authentic. The choice is yours!
