I am very sorry but I cannot edit someone else work that's not cool. That is why I have WSB you find a theme you like and tweak it for personal use.
Post a link to the theme & I will look at it to see if it's the theme or your PC not changing the menu

And of course, just as a reminder, if you're willing to give up aero and go to another theme, say, Windows Classic, you can have any background color, font style, size and color that you want. Just go to Windows Color and Appearances, Advanced, and from the Item drop down list, select all of the items you want changed (i.e. for your context menus you'd select "Menu").

You can easily fix it by downloading Tune Up Utilities :) Its free 15 day trial and you can like change your bootscreen ( Vista & XP ), Log In Screen ( All Softwares of Windows ) And Custom Taskbar & Stuff :)
