To set WMP as your default player, either:
-right-click the file, and go to "Open With"->"Choose default program". Select WMP or browse for it, if it's not there. OR
-open the start menu and look or type in "default programs" (w/o the quotes) and open it. Select the file extension you'd like WMP to open by default.

Note that you have do the steps again for each file extension you'd like WMP to open by default.

As for the context menu, it looks normal.

It looks like your using a Windows Classic theme now. I happen to prefer that, but if you were using Aero and it changed on you I can understand it would be a shock. Some of your Dispaly settings may have changed so look at Personalization to see if your theme has changed. If that doesn't work look here: System > Advanced system settings > Advanced tab > Performance Settings button > Visual effects tab. You could set it to let Windows decide, or for best appearance.

For making WMP the default, you can do it in "Default Programs" (from Start, or Control Panel): "Set your default program".

But as you want WMP to be your default for audio and video, I would suggest downloading the Shark007 codecs for Windows 7, (they are great!), then after it is installed, open the Settings Application (it will be in Start > All programs > Shark007 codecs > Settings Application. Open it, and at the bottom, tick the box next to "Shark007 SUGGESTEDsettings", then Exit. WMP should then be set up as default, and you will see it in context menu.

A word of warning: Before loading Shark007 codecs visit this site: anti-bing fix or you will get Bing installed and messing with whatever browser you are using. You just run the .reg file, but you MUST do it before install the Shark007 codecs or it is too late!

Any way to reorder the context menu for files/folders?
I have several context menu options from various programs (WinRAR, 7zip, VLC, Winamp, etc... ) and I'd like to put them in my own order. The order they are in by default seems arbitrary. Any programs or ways to do this?
