You can have task manager perform things like 'Shutdown Computer' using a command line but there's no hardware ID for a Monitor Power off state (at least, just looked but didn't find).

You could try searching online for 3rd party task scheduler apps

Can anyone tell me who/what is the default user account used in the Windows Time Synchronisation task? I altered mine and forgot what the original was. I doubt it matters much but just in case.......... ;-)
