I also have a problem, Rafael's installer worked and everything but whenever I set a new theme and restart my comp, the theme is classic windows.

because the service is not starting at startup, i believe the commands Rafaell gave were for that.

UxStyle will install an "Unsigned Themes" service. If you don't see this, I suggest you attempt re-installation. You did download it, right?

UxStyle requires that all system files be intact and in original format before it'll work correctly. I also suggest, after UxStyle installation, that you run the following commands in an elevated command prompt (this is fixed in our next build):

sc config uxpatch group= "File System"
    sc config UnsignedThemes group= UIGroup

NOTE: The spaces are intended, do not modify the commands.

So do I put that in every time I turn my comp on or just once? Or what?

I would assume once otherwise you might as well just start the service and select your theme again.

I know where to install Themes. That it's not the problem. I patched, then installed the them then double clicked the .theme in the folder (the same as yours). Changed absolutely nothing.

Also, what is the name of the service. If the service is "Themes", then, it's running but still doesn't work.

    EDIT

    I've run this :
    sfc /verifyfile=C:\Windows\System32\uxtheme.dll

And there was an integrity error. According to UxTheme Core's forum (anyway, a post I found, the service name is :
    UnsignedThemesSvc.exe

And, that service isn't in my Services list.
Thank you very much for information about "UnsignedThemesSvc.exe"

Rafael's UXTheme Patcher has never worked well on Windows 7 or 8
The best tools to install third party themes on Windows 7 are :

1.) Universal theme patcher which can be found here : Universal Theme Patcher - Manual Install
2.) Theme Resource Changer which can be found here: How to use theme resource changer

Those are the ONLY two tools you need to install before using any third party themes on Windows 7, these tools patch Windows 7 in order for you to run third party themes, without them you cannot run third party themes.
If any third party themes you download besides Window Blinds which requires Windows Blinds to work ask you to install anything else, or install from an .exe file, DON'T, chances are you'll be asking for more trouble than you are bargaining for.

Install the tools individually, reboot after each install, THEN install your themes and they will work.

    Side note:
Windows 7 Starter and Basic do not support use of third party themes, even if you install them they will not work.
The tools above do not work with Window Blinds themes, to run Windows Blinds themes you must have Windows Blinds installed.
