Disable smooth fonts everywhere

Hello all,

I dislike smooth fonts and want to disable them completely.
I already have done this :

1. Disabled ClearType via Display / Adjust ClearType and unchecking the check box here
2. Disabled font smoothing via System / Advanced parameters / Performances / Parameters / Uncheck "Smooth fonts"
3. Select Tahoma instead of Segoe for all elements inside the advanced parameters for my them.

With this, most of the UI elements are not smooth anymore but some still are. Namely, the taskbar, the window bar, the control panel and even some parts of the basic "open dialog". You can see an example in the attached screenshot.

Is there a way to completely disable smoothing everywhere?
If so, what would you suggest?

Thanks in advance.

I had seen it but could not believe that such a convoluted way was needed.
But sure enough, after having made sure the Segoe UI font is not accessible and substituted by MS Sans Serif, I'm back to non smooth font for pretty much everything.

Well, the window title bar is not that smooth but it doesn't come from the font but rather from the white glow beneath it.
I think I can live with that, thanks for the pointers
