I don't think that we'll be able to get any closer for now to what you are wanting. I'll keep hunting, and if I can come up with anything, I'll post back with it. :)

I'd imagine that the program made the changes. This is the features page for the program.

Hi, just registered to do this post. It was bothering me too.
You can remove the "include in Library" from the explorer command bar very simple:

Rename in the registery:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CommandStore\Shell\Windows.IncludeInLibrary. OFF
or whatever.

Same for Windows.Share and rename to Windows.Share.OFF

These are all fixed in shell32.dll (search e.g. with strings.exe -u shell32.dll)

This is only very crude method. Must look into it further.

In addition, there's this option in the tutorial below now to remove "Include in Library" from the command bar. :)

Thx. Did you know that if you set ServerAdminUI that (among other things) all foldertypes are considered Documents? (it does more than with XP/Win2k3)

As you find on the forum can also force it with:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Bags\AllFolders\Shell]

Also ClassicViewState is read. But I don't know if that does anything. It was used
to disable the "Remember each folder view" if set to 1. (BAGS)

To reset to normal view is easy. Set ServerAdminUI back to 0 and goto Folder Options > View tab > and hit the Reset Folders button.
