Choose the 32 bit or 64 bit version of Windows 7, depending on which you have. Then click open the Software solutions bit and download the "Wallpaper Picture Position Enabler"

in our domain we change the desktop background every month. but on some machines its not updated. their desktop shows same old wallpaper. why ?
the wallpaper is changed through group policy.
all the machines are updated.
the machines are a mix of win 7 and 8 and 32 bit and 64 bit.
And I've messed around so much trying to fix it myself (before asking for help) 'cuz I'm sure it's simple, that now I'm not sure I can remember what I did just before the problem showed up or what I've done to 'try' to correct it. :o My 1st shot, even tho' blurred, will show that the 'text color'...

When ever I change my background after I restart my computer it turns into a blue solid color. I want my backgrounds to stay because now every time I restart my computer I have to change it. Under the personalization panel it shows I still have a picture seleteced but it just wont show anything...
