Any way to reorder the context menu for files/folders?

I have several context menu options from various programs (WinRAR, 7zip, VLC, Winamp, etc... ) and I'd like to put them in my own order. The order they are in by default seems arbitrary. Any programs or ways to do this?

The order is not as arbitrary as it may appear. AppID/GUID determines sort order, followed by alpha sort within each hierarchy. ExtremeTech has a good reference under Hacking The Context Menu.

Unless you are cranked to 11 at all times, I would not play with this too much.

NirSoft ShellMenuView might be useful to you.
