Can't get into the personalize

Hi,
my problem is this:
I can't get into the personalizing screen in any way!
when i right-click on the desktop, i don't have the personalize option

I can't get into the personalizing screen through the control panel neither

my os is Windows 7 32-bit operation system

if any more info is needed just tell me

Hello Mike,

What edition of Windows 7 do you have?

The Windows 7 Home Basic or Starter edition does not include "Personalization" in them.

Yeah, I have windows 7 starter....
I didn't knew that the starter edition doesn't include personalization!
