Multiple file icons??

I have all of the "Mr. Grim's Icon Pack with Installers" and I was wondering if there was a way to combine all of the files into one... If that makes any sense. Well let's put it this way; My ultimate goal is to be able to choose different color and icon types for different files. Is there any way to do that?

Would I go about it by trying to create my own Shell32 files? If so, how would I do that?

Also, the Mr. Grim Icon Pack has other files, would I have to combine those too?
