Hi Andy, is the Sea Vixen in your sig a specific one you worked on or a generic one?

    Hi Britton30.

The aircraft has a special place in my heart as it was attached to 899 Squadron onboard the aircraft carrier HMS Eagle in 1967 and was one of the last Sea Vixens I worked on during my time in the Royal Navy. It is the only airworthy Sea Vixen in existence, but there are several about on static display in various museums.

HMS Eagle is seen here in 1967 leaving Plymouth for the English Channel where she then embarked her Air Group.

Here you go, Gary - your robot sig is ready I cut out the robot and polished up his armour a bit :-D
This is my first sig without a bevel (I think). About high time, too ;-D

Edit: posted a revised version. Modified text (added bevel, drop shadow and outer glow), robot moved a tiny bit more to the left (so that the margins of the robot and background overlap neatly).
