    Yeah. Looks like Stardock, or maybe NexusDock.

    Stacks Docklet for Objectdock or Rocketdock will give that same affect.

I know the hotkeys for minimizing windows are Win + Up or Win + Down Any idea how I can maximize/minimize windows using my wireless mouse without having to manually click the minimize and maximize buttons? Help would be appreciated.
Hello All I found one problem with user account when i turn on guest account & open any window Minimize,Maximize& Close booton not working. i must close that all from taskbar. same problem with new user account . os win 7 build 7068 help me . thank you .
