Thankyou Jerry this is the link Carbon Fusion For Windows 7 by *sergiogarcia9 on deviantART.
Is WSB a free program or paid for.Whats the best way to export and then import the origional taskbar images to the theme.I was just going to use resource hacker as im used to using it.

    Thankyou very much Jerry

    Danny

P.S I could do with all 4 taskbar positions if thats not to much bother so i can replace with the 4 default images you posted earlier.

EDIT-Also I use small taskbar icons does this make any difference to their locations

No it's not free but it's only a little less than $23 US Ave's Windows7 Style Builder .
As for importing and exporting the images if you're used to resource hacker just use it. Windows style Builder makes it a lot easier.

Yes it does make a difference when you use small icons.
That's why numbers change in the original or default theme they share images, but Windows style builder makes them individual images.

After looking at this theme only the bottom taskbar was changed and he did not do it for small icons at all, if you oversize the image you will have to watch your settings on the taskbar buttons you will not be able to use Always combine, hide labels because he did not add sizing margins, if you use the original size image it will not be a problem.

    Here are the numbers

    Bottom 921, 1166 small icons 1168

    Top 923, 1167 small icons 1169

    Right 922, 1171 small icons 1173

    Left 924, 1170 small icons 1172

Thanks for the research Jerry very much appreciated. I do have a few queries though.

If I use small taskbar icons the taskbar does change to the custom one on the bottom. You are right about the other sides though the default one is used. I have posted an image of why i need the origional as you can see the system tray becomes very blurry.

Would you be as so kind to add the small icon takbar locations to post #2 then I will have a crack at it

    Thankyou

If you are working on the default aero.msstyles the second set of number in the locations in post #2 are for both large and small icons the default shares them images it's only different in a custom theme built with WSB.
    Jerry
Here you can see in the default aero.msstyles the numbers are shared and have the same number.

Here you can see the theme you posted a link to are not shared and have a different number.

Let me know if you need more help.
