I cannot get this to fully work. Its as-though the custom taskbar is built in a few parts as only some of it changes to default.I also tried to reverse engineer it started with a default msstyles and tried to add just the taskbar images to it to see if i could create a new theme with just the custom taskbar but this also failed miserably not all the taskbar changed.
I think I may buy the program you suggested and try with that it seems much simpler.

    Thanks

Are you working on the theme & using it at the same time? If so you cannot do that, you need to use a different theme & logoff/logon to change it.

No I switched to a basic theme whilst working on the aero side. Its odd I cant even replicate the custom taskbar in a default msstyles just to check.I think there maybe some extra images some where although im not sure im still new to themes.

Try 1 of these 2 ways
If you are working on the default aero.msstyles (basic or aero) you need to use Windows Classic theme & logoff/logon then do the changes & test then repeat.

If working on a custom.msstyles (basic or aero) you need to switch to a different theme & logoff/logon then do the changes & test then repeat.

& have you done 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7
    Or
Theme - How to Apply Custom Themes

If using WSB it has a text button & as long as you are using a different theme you can test & change with out logging off/on.

Sorry Jerry im confusing even myself.
Ive added the default task bar to the custom theme fine and that looks great. I was just trying to add the custom taskbar to a default msstyles to see if I could stop the blurring in the system tray.Like I said before im new the themes and was just trying to find out what is possible, however I cant get the custom taskbar to display correctly when I add it to a default msstyles.
This is what I end up with.

It should look like the one from the custom theme

It looks like you need to put the custom image in the default aero.msstyles at #845
