Why don't you use the first link Airbot gave you ?
Log On Automatically at Startup

It is to by-pass the Welcome screen and logon directly to your desktop.

Meaning : you don't need to click on your avatar, enter password etc.

In notepad go to file>save as in dropdown menu choose All Files then name of file + .reg save to desktop

i saved it on my desktop as logo.reg and when u click on it it says not a valid reg entry and i still have the icon and start up?

Don't know what to tell you. Works just fine when I do it everytime.

Maybe you missed a step somewhere. Delete the icon on the desktop and try my directions again.

am i supposed to double click the reg file on my desktop? I did and got shut out of my computer! I had to reinstall win 7 again cause i could not get in in safe mode or regular mode.

How about manually navigating to the file below and running it to be able to follow the tutorial below for what you want?

C:\Windows\System32\Netplwiz.exe
