Hello Ninjaboyz & Welcome to SevenForums!

This is the explore toolbar. The post above me has a link attached.
If you select a file or a folder, you'll get different possibilities.

Pressing Alt adds another bar for you.

Best Regards,

1.That one is called ...... toolbar.

2. Your screenshot shows that your Menu Bar is not present ( hidden ).
Here is how to keep menu bar on all the time...
on your toolbar, click Organize > click Layout > put a checkmark at Menu Bar.
That's it. You have now a Menu Bar on top and Toolbar underneath.

wanted to call it D but the system suggested I call it E
I just initialised my 1TB hard Drive (which is still empty) and wanted to call it D but the system suggested I call it E because other programs may wish to use the D that has been allocated to the Optical Drive. So I left it at E. Any particular reason why I can't go back in and change...

Way to remove shortcut arrow thing?
In windows XP there was a program called tweekxp that could remove the little arrow swoosh icon in the lower left corner of your shortcut icon. I was wondering if there was a way to remove the icons without having to download anything in windows 7?

Creating a shortcut without - shortcut written after the original name
as the titel declares, is there any patch or something to make Windows 7 shortcuts not rename theirselves to "application.exe - shortcut" but rename theirselves into just "application.exe"? I find it very annoying having to erase " - shortcut" from the name all the time.
