Can I copy icons and settings from one windows to another?

    I have 2 Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
I was using the first one mainly, and it is already customized as I wish including control panel icons, folder icons, desktop icons, boot logo and boot sound and etc.
Is there any way that I can copy all those settings to the other machine?
(So that I wouldn't have to go to regedit and do all those setting again and again, and also arrange the boot logo and sound again) ?
    Thanks!

Check this link out: Transferring files and settings: frequently asked questions

It was written with Windows Vista in mind, but I would have thought the same principles apply to Windows 7.

I don't know if it will copy to folder icons + control panel icons though.
I changed them from regedit with the tutorials from this site (Thanks for those Brink, how it is going?)
And I really would like to know what settings does it transfer.
I was reading it now, it seems like it transfers pretty much stuff I will need.
I really didn't know "Transfer Settings" would cover this much stuff on the link you sent.
The other links I have checked didn't give me much info.
    Thanks!

    This wouldn't work.
It tries to copy any folder directly in C:\ (Not C:\folder\*).
And my libraries are the same libraries for the same machines already (on another drive/partition).
This wouldn't help me to copy the icons. Icons are in the regedit, it wouldn't help.
It can be useful for others, but not like me to use it for the two computers on the same network.
I was surprised that it was trying to copy C:\dosbox, C:\Nvidia, C:\sierra.
It must be seeing those folders as necessary. Probably, if I had a folder C:\just temp files, it would try to copy it too.
There is an option for not choosing the folders you want, but still it was as I expected, not useful to me and actually not useful as advertised either.
Program settings was just trying to copy the quicktime settings, nothing else (unless I couldn't realize).
The advertisement sounds good, but in practice, I don't see any usefulness as it does everything but copying the Windows Settings (even they are the same Operating System)!!!
I am not a professional, but these are my opinions about the usefulness.
