Here you go, rename from zip to gadget and click to install. I've scanned this download with Avast!, Avira, MalwareBytes, and SuperAntispyware, all clean. Virus total also clean.

Thanks guys!! yeah i finally found that russian site, a little leary to blindly download but glad it has been verified. It's working now and Im so happy! This is by far the best weather app and I'm not sure why no one kept making it ...
