    Anybody know where this cont menu is?

    I guess SIW2 wants to know what system element generates the context menu .... is it ?

    If so, I also dont know . I have searched in notepad.exe, notepad.exe.mui and notepad.lnk , it is not in any of those locations

    I want to change it.

    I think it is being called from a .dll - trouble is - I can't remember where.

    There are a lot of .dll files . It will be very difficult to search

    Notepad uses the system edit control. You will get the same menu when you click in most edit boxes (like for example the address bar in Explorer). It probably lives in some system DLL, my guess would be comctl32.dll.mui

Running Windows 7 64-bit and just installed Notepad++ (v5.5.1) using the exe installer package. The context menu entry "Edit with notepad++" is not showing up. Also tried the manual method of running the reg.bat file to add the menu entry which also did not work. Anyone else run into this...
