How do I Add things to the Desktop List?

    Put the desktop folder on your taskbar and then use it for a couple of minutes - then you'll understand....

    They act just like they do from the start menu - which a shortcut *won't*.

    If he adds shortcuts to *that* folder* they appear on the desktop also.

    He wants the shortcuts there accessible via the taskbar folder, but *not* showing on the desktop.

    The other folders won't have all those folders that the desktop folder had - computer, etc....
    LOL, isn't always though.

    I have not tried the textless icons on the desktop yet, but I would image that they should.
