    Error

Sorry about the title, I literally didn't know what to put there.

It is just this error or bug or idk whats happening to my computer. Nothing too urgent or something that is going to stop my computer working. But it is really gettin on my nerves now. Instead of describing it to you i'll show a print screen of what is going on :

So basically every time I put my mouse over becomes black. But only the options like those ones shown in the print screen. Hope you can help me.

    Welcome to the Seven Forums
Are you using the default Aero theme or a third party custom theme?
Try this SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

I was initially using a custom theme but I turned back on the default theme once I noticed this was happening, but still the same. And about this SFC /SCANNOW Command, will it delete files and stuff? Or it just replaces the corrupted files? Sorry my ignorance, just had to ask.

The scan will not delete any files or programs it just checks for corrupt system files and tries to fix them.
If you use the Universal Theme Patcher to install the custom theme this scan will replace the files that were patched.
Did you completely remove the custom theme sometimes you can get a bleed through?
