    Ok, they are done with them at the bottom of the desktop context menu with icons. :)

    Shut Down - Add to Desktop Context Menu

    and

    Restart - Add to Desktop Context Menu

    I've used Right-Click Extender v 2.0 found at
    Add & customize context menus in Windows 7 with Right-Click Extender | The Windows Club, so I do not want to add it twice.
