    Hello seth500

If you have the installation dvd you can extract the .dlls from that - How to extract missing system files from the DVD of Windows 7/Vista.
If you just want to restore tour current .dlls try - SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker. It should set you system files back to default.

    Regards Danny

Or take Jerry up on his kind offer

Also I still want to keep the current .dlls so I don't want to get rid of them through sfc /scannow I really appreciate all the reply's and if I need some help I will ask. I have to run cause of my daughters birthday so I'm in a hurry but thank you everyone I'll be back later....
