I've tried searching, but to be honest I'm not quite sure how to word it and haven't been able to come up with much.
Essentially, I'm looking for a program that will introduce friction into Windows. As in, if your dragging a window and you let go it will keep sliding, or possibly collision detection, etc, or something similar. Hopefully that isn't too vague, if anyone has any ideas that would be great!
I don't understand how that would be good in any way. It's not even an instance where "It looks good, but takes up resources". An idea like that could possibly become one of the most annoying GUI elements ever.
would be an interesting concept for windows 8\midori, i get what they're trying to achieve but a bit unnecessary. i'd turn a feature like that off tho.
