how to make my picture an music folders to look like those :

    thanks
    Hello Bimbone,

Option Three in the tutorial below will help show you how to. Select the arrange by Tags options. You will need to have the Windows Search service set to Started and Automatic to be able to though.

    Hope this helps,

I see after "arrange by" it says folders.

Set it to month or tag.

I can set the tag and month, and it works.

    You're welcome Bimbone. :)

    Michel (aka: squonksc),

Are you doing this from the Arrange by options in a Library folder? If so, it may be the different build number that you have.

    Yes. Build is 7600.16385

Hmm, I noticed only a few pics are there.

I restarted search, and now it show more, so maybe the view was cache from before I shutdown search.

Thanks for the redirect to tutorial.

Shawn, in the Start Menu, customise tab i can't link to; Music, Pictures or Videos. Is this because I used your disable libraries regpatch?

    Hi Matt,

What reg patch did you use?

You might also check to make sure that these user folders have their default locations set to them as well.

user folders are all in their respective locations

    eg:

    %USERPROFILE%\Music
