Change the Windows 7 clock from UTC to GMT?

Why's the clock in UTC format instead of GMT:

Is there anyway to change it to GMT?

what's the difference? (apart from a fraction of a second?)

but if you really want to change it, HKLM/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/Current Version/Time Zones/UTC/Display

Yeah, the RC builds use UTC as well.

From the wiki link in my first post above:

The International Telecommunication Union wanted Coordinated Universal Time to have a single abbreviation for all languages. English speakers and French speakers each wanted the initials of their respective language's terms to be used internationally: "CUT" for "coordinated universal time" and "TUC" for "temps universel coordonné". This resulted in the final compromise of using "UTC".

i think the whole world is heading in that direction, because GMT is not strictly accurate...i think it's called progress

This isn't so important to me- it's just that it's wierd because previous versions of Windows had GMT.
