Is there a way to change all the fonts of a visual style?

I'm using a custom visual style but I didn't like the font so I changed them from the Personalize->Windows Color and Appearance section however some areas went unchanged. I assume these cannot be edited simply from there. Would it be extremely difficult to change these additional areas? I'm referring to the font for the text under "Libraries" and a few others which are normally controlled by "Icon" I think in the Windows Color+Appearance section however even changing it there did not do anything.

If you join here it's free Virtual Customs Then go to this tutorial Change all Fonts in WSB easily.. it will show you how to change all the fonts easily.
You need 2 things one is Restorator - Bome Software - Restorator - the resource editor for customization, localization, and translation. and they have a free 30 day trial
And this Notepad++ Home it's free.
Let me know if you need help.

Alright it seemed to work for the most part, a few areas just refuse to change though (like when you click on a library and its selected, it still shows as Segoe UI). Also my browser has now reverted back to Segoe UI. The rest of my computer seems to have changed the new font though. Thanks

    You're Welcome
There are some areas that cannot be changed.
If you would post a screenshot of it I can tell you if they can be changed.

My mistake, it seems when I did the replacement step of that tutorial it didn't replace some of the old fonts so I assumed they couldn't be changed. Went back and changed all of them now and everything seems fine. Thanks again

    Edit:

Actually you know what, I haven't been able to change this

The title bar. I tried to bold it through the Windows Appearances/Colors section but it won't change. I'm not sure which line of code in that file you are supposed to edit, controls the title bar though.
