How do I change an obscure program's background color?
Specifically, Celtx, a free screenwriting word processor. I'm getting eyestrain from staring at its white screen all day, and it has no background color change options.
I've tried brightness/contrast/etc settings for my monitor and for the NVIDIA control panel, but they hardly affect whites at all. Windows appearance settings (i.e. colors for backgrounds, scrollbars, highlighted icons, etc.) don't affect Celtx either.
Right now I'm using F.lux, a lovely program that darkens the monitor based on the time of day, but I'm looking for a way to darken a single program instead of my entire display. Maybe there's some other third-party program/hack that does what I'm looking for?
Thanks
