Shut down dialog box
Hello everyone.
This question has been asked one time before, but i'd like to really make a request to everyone who knows some more about the registry, resource hacker etc.
In Windows XP, there was a setting where you could choose to have a dialog box appear when you clicked the shut down button. In Windows 7, this dialog box can be opened when you have all windows minimized and then press alt+f4. There you have a drop-down menu where you can choose shut down, restart etc. In XP, I think it was enabled when you disabled the welcome screen.
How can you make the shut down button in Windows 7 behave the same way?
I'm sure there has to be some coding for what the shut down button does somwhere in the registry/using resource hacker.
Apparently the command for bringing up this dialog box is taskkill.exe /IM explorer.exe.
Any ideas?
