Wallpaper looks over exposed

    Wallpaper looks over exposed


    Hello!

    If you look at the screen shot below in that link you can see that my wall paper looks really over exposed. I have the original image open in the image viewer which looks perfectly normal. I have already checked all the video settings, i have had something similar before in XP when closing games (quake III mostly) and usually just opening the video controls will reset it back to normal, but this is not the case with this.

    Any input would be awesome!

    Do you maybe have a program called 'fences' installed? It looks like it from your screenshot. Uninstall it, and see if your resolution is back to normal.

    That did the trick!

    Hmm wonder why that happened, i've had it on there for a few months now. Oh well.

    wow, fences. i never made the connection.

    i had that problem in older builds, but i've not experienced it in 7600 yet, and i'm still using fences...
