Basically the same as drawing a picture. My issue is have a program to save in the .ico format. I can't do the drawing part as good as you pal. :)

It is not that hard Gary :) If you want, I will share the psd files ; so that you will understand how to do it.

Scan the DVD cover or download it from internet, crop and resize to 400x400 pixels, save it as .jpg in a folder alongwith the video file , and name the .jpg as Folder.jpg. You will get the thumbnail preview like mine. For the folder icons, I will upload it for you shortly.

Maximum 4 primary partitions ... you can make so many partitions if not more than three are primary (dont try it yourself if you dont know how to do it, better you may ask it to Gregrocker). But for my case, there are three HDDs connected ATM ... G and H contains files needed for my studies .... it is not a fixed one .
