    It's actually some time since I created the basic image and I think I actually did that in Inkscape but there is a a filter called Metalize which does a similar job. It is in a plugin pack which you can get here. dpy's Pack - Paint.NET Forum

    For some reason I have two :/
    Can someone please help out, I have 3 different explorer.exe with different start orbs, but none are the default.

    That is one way to be able to use third party custom themes by patching system files.

    I prefer to use this method Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7 since it just installs a service that enables the use of custom themes.

    I've used both though without any negative impact on my system.

    The theme will probably impact more on your System Performance than the Patches.
