Fixed the Skype issue, made a shortcut on Desktop to it manually by typing the location in, repinned it to Taskbar, then could change.

But the notification area Icon for Skype is the same, and I want all the others changed, how?

that seems odd as this is what i get from the tasbar shortcut, its not greyed out and i have options

More Token Icons that I made anything with a folder was made using Arc folders that he made.
